Agency & Self Referrals
Courts, agencies, and individuals can submit a referral online. All information is protected under HIPAA and applicable Georgia confidentiality laws. A staff member will respond within 1–2 business days.
All referrals are sent directly to Attract Success, LLC. Courts, agencies, and partner organizations submit referrals here, where each case is reviewed and assigned to the appropriate program track or independent clinical provider.
Attract Success, LLC complies with HIPAA, O.C.G.A. § 37-3-166, and applicable Georgia licensing standards. This website accepts referral inquiries only — no protected health information, medical records, or clinical documentation is submitted or stored here.
Confidentiality. This website collects contact information and referral requests only. No protected health information (PHI), medical records, or clinical documentation is submitted or stored through this site. All formal assessment records and communications are maintained in accordance with HIPAA, O.C.G.A. § 37-3-166, and applicable Georgia licensing standards.
Mandatory Reporting. As licensed providers, our staff are mandated reporters under Georgia law. Confidentiality may be limited where required by law — including suspected child abuse or neglect (O.C.G.A. § 19-7-5), imminent threat of harm to self or others, court orders requiring disclosure, abuse of a vulnerable adult or elder, and required reporting to licensing or regulatory bodies.
Limitations of Services. Attract Success, LLC provides court-referred clinical assessment and consulting services. This site is designed to receive referrals and contact inquiries only. No medical records, treatment documentation, or clinical communications are transmitted or stored through this platform.
